In compliance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and the relevant transposition laws, the Company's organisational, management and control model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 and the internal anti-corruption regulations, STF-Loterios has adopted a whistleblowing management system that allows us to manage whistleblowing reports received, including anonymous ones.

Whistleblowing reports relate to conduct in breach of the Code of Ethics, of laws, regulations and internal policies, of provisions of the Authority, of Law 231/2001.

STF-Loterios guarantees the receipt, analysis and management of whistleblowing reports that are sent by or transmitted from anyone, also anonymously:

• STF-Loterios people, included who have direct and not direct relations with the company;
• Other third parties in relation with STF-Loterios;
• All the stakeholders.

The company guarantees the strict confidentiality on the persons and facts reported and on the identity of the reporting persons to ensure that they are not subject to any form of retaliation.

Whistleblowing reports must be sent using this link on Ziveri platform and by registering.

After the registration, the user will receive a username and password for the first login to the platform Ziveri and so will be able to send his complain.

Without prejudice to the preferential use of the reporting channels made available by STF-Loterios, in the cases peremptorily indicated pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023, reports may also be submitted to the competent authority in the matter (ANAC).

The information and personal data provided in the context of whistleblowing reports are processed for the purpose of managing and following up the reports, as well as investigating any reported conduct and adopting the necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection legislation.

Anyone may assert their rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, using the email address privacy@stf-loterios.com.

Anyone, at any time, has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data, rectification, deletion of the same, restriction of processing.

In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to Article 15 letter f) of the EU regulation 2016/679.

In ottemperanza a quanto previsto dalla Direttiva (UE) 2019/1937 e dalle relative leggi di recepimento, dal Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo della società, ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 231 del 2001 e dalla normativa interna in materia di anticorruzione, STF-Loterios ha adottato un sistema di gestione del Whistleblowing al fine di gestire le segnalazioni ricevute, anche se anonime.

STF garantisce la ricezione, l'analisi e la gestione delle segnalazioni di whistleblowing inviate o trasmesse da chiunque, anche in forma anonima:

• Persone di STF-Loterios, compresi coloro che hanno rapporti diretti e non con l'azienda;
• Altri soggetti terzi in relazione con STF-Loterios;
• Tutti gli stakeholder.

L'azienda garantisce la massima riservatezza sulle persone e sui fatti segnalati e sull'identità dei segnalanti per assicurare che non siano soggetti ad alcuna forma di ritorsione.

Le segnalazioni di whistleblowing devono essere inviate utilizzando questo link su piattaforma Ziveri ed effettuando una registrazione.

Una volta registrato, l'utente riceverà un nome utente ed una password per il primo accesso alla piattaforma my.studioziveri.it per poter inviare le proprie segnalazioni in forma anonima.

Fermo restando l'utilizzo preferenziale del canale di segnalazione messo a disposizione da STF-Loterios, nei casi tassativamente indicati ai sensi dell'art. 6 del D.Lgs. 10 marzo 2023, n. 24, le segnalazioni possono essere inoltrate anche all'autorità competente in materia (ANAC).

Le informazioni e i dati personali forniti nell'ambito delle segnalazioni di whistleblowing sono trattati ai fini della gestione e del seguito delle segnalazioni, nonché dell'accertamento delle condotte segnalate e dell'adozione delle misure necessarie in conformità alla normativa vigente, compresa quella sulla protezione dei dati.

Chiunque può far valere i propri diritti come espressi dagli artt. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22 del Regolamento UE 2016/679, rivolgendosi al Titolare, utilizzando l’indirizzo e-mail privacy@stf-loterios.com.

Chiunque, in qualunque momento, ha il diritto di chiedere al Titolare del trattamento l’accesso ai Suoi dati personali, la rettifica, la cancellazione degli stessi, la limitazione del trattamento.

Inoltre, si ha sempre il diritto di opporsi, in qualsiasi momento, al trattamento dei propri dati. Fatto salvo ogni altro ricorso amministrativo e giurisdizionale, se si ritiene che il trattamento dei dati che la riguardano, violi quanto previsto dal Reg. UE 2016/679, ai sensi dell’art. 15 lettera f) del regolamento UE 2016/679.
